OUR MISSION: It is the mission of the Tri-County Community Action Commission of Champaign, Logan and Shelby counties to be a local forum for programs and services on poverty and to strengthen, promote, represent and serve its communities to assure the the issues of the poor are effectively heard and addressed

Our objectives are defined by focusing our services under the 5 pillars of poverty which include: Jobs and Wages; Affordable Housing; Health Care and Insurance Coverage; Education; and Technology.
