  • Trips with in the county must be scheduled 24 hours in advance of appointment time.
  •  An out-of-town trip must be scheduled one to two weeks in advance.
  • Passengers are expected to act in a courteous manner, and refrain from smoking, eating, drinking, and using profanity while using TLC. 
  • Passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times, unless they can provide a letter from their physician stating that they are medically unable to do so.
  • TLC will pick up/drop off general public passenger with in one hour on either side of the appointment time in order to accommodate as many passengers as possible. 
  • Unscheduled pick up times may require a longer wait.
  • Cancellation Policy: Anyone wishing to cancel a scheduled trip must do so at least 2 hours prior to pick-up time.

  • No Show Policy: Failure to do so will result in loss of further service until the cost of that appointment is paid in full.

  • Should you become ill or injured while riding with us, or should the vehicle become involved in an accident, follow the instructions of the driver. He/she has been trained to handle the situation.

  • Comments, complaints, and suggestions must be made in writing. Forms are available in all transit vehicles. Please ask the driver if you need assistance.
