| Passengers that require special assistance with their personal
items should provide an aide to assist them. Aides will not be
charged a fare.
Drivers are not permitted to enter a residence. Wheelchair bound passengers must have clear access to enter/exit premises without necessitating the use of more than one driver. Service animals are permitted to accompany individuals with disabilities in TLC vehicles and facilities. We cannot transport emergency or semi-emergency passengers, or those requiring transport in a reclining position. Passengers requiring such transport will be referred to the local Emergency Medical Service (EMS). When you contact our staff, Please do not hesitate to tell us if you might need help because of a disability so that we can assist you in the best way possible. |
